Commercial Grounds Care has a large experienced team that is capable of rising to any grounds care challenge. Every member of the team has a tremendous amount of experience, takes pride in their work and is committed to doing the best possible job for every customer.
With a firm belief in the importance of employing all capability in-house, the company provides a complete grounds management solution without the need to use external contractors. Due to the breadth of expertise, the company is able to provide the most comprenhesive service on the market for its size. This means that customers benefit from the highly personal service of a small company, but the breadth of service that you would normally only receive from a large company.
Some members of the team have been working with the company since it was established in 1991, many have industry recognised qualificaitons and have won awards for some of their work. Staff are valued, well trained and motivated, so are not only loyal to the business but also to you, the customer - delivering a consistent level of service at all times.

Following consultation with you we will put together a team with the right skills and background to meet your specific needs, and if required your service team can change as your requirements evolve over time. What’s more, if for any reason there is not a good fit between a member of the team that is allocated to your grounds and your organisation, then we will change them to ensure you have a team you are 100% happy with.
Every member of the team, from director level to head groundsman or gardener, will work with you as an extension to your team - ensuring that they are aware of your seasonal needs and events programme - in order to provide a flexible, responsive and dependable service.
